Venemergencia Showcases Technological Innovations at FITELVEN 2025

Caracas, September 20, 2025.—Venemergencia is participating in the Venezuela International Telecommunications Fair (FITELVEN 2025), an event designed to bring together the country’s leading organizations in the fields of technology and innovation. From September 17 through 21, the company has shown the public how healthcare can be an innovative and more humane experience thanks to new digital tools, improving access to healthcare and the quality of life for Venezuelans.

During the fair, attendees were able to experience firsthand the use of technological solutions that are changing the way medical emergencies are treated and prevented in Venezuela. Among the innovations presented at the Venemergencia booth are: Dr. V, a chatbot specialized in gathering initial clinical assessments that can identify symptoms and classify patients according to their risk level (low, medium, or high). Vera, Venemergencia’s virtual assistant, which allows users to obtain immediate information about the services covered by their insurance policy. Additionally, the AI-powered Vital Signs Monitoring System measures blood pressure, respiratory rate, heart rate, stress levels, and oxygen saturation, providing doctors with reliable data to make more accurate diagnoses. They also presented the company’s latest innovation, the Digital Twin of Urgent Care La Candelaria, developed in partnership with the Mundo X Laboratory at the Metropolitan University and with the participation of its students. This allows users to explore and interact with this facility in the metaverse, making the urgent care experience more accessible and human-centered.

Regarding this latest project, María Alejandra Medina, Marketing Director at Venemergencia, highlighted:

“This innovative development represents a new step in bringing healthcare closer to people, allowing users to virtually tour our La Candelaria Urgent Care facility and interact with simulated medical procedures. Beyond a technological experience, it is a tool that builds patient confidence, facilitates learning for students and family members, and reinforces a culture of preventive healthcare.”

Venemergencia’s presence at FITELVEN has also included an academic and media agenda: Dr. Luis Enrique Velásquez, founding partner and COO of the company, shared the company’s vision in an interview with Globovisión, and Dr. Andrés Simón González-Silén, founding partner and COO of the company, will deliver a presentation on artificial intelligence applied to medicine on Saturday, September 20.

Through this participation, Venemergencia reaffirms its commitment to innovation by developing new technologies that assist and support all users from the very first moment of an emergency.
