The medication delivery service delivers medications prescribed by our medical team or your treating physician directly to your home or wherever you are. It is designed so that, following a medical consultation with us or a home visit, you can receive the prescribed treatments for acute conditions at home for the first 7 days. This benefit is subject to the terms and coverage of your insurance policy.
This service is designed to provide medications prescribed to treat acute illnesses or symptoms. This may include antibiotics, pain relievers, anti-inflammatory drugs, and fever reducers, among others. It does not apply to chronic or long-term treatments. It is important to review your policy terms to find out which medications are covered.
Delivery times for medications may vary depending on your location, the availability of the medication, and prior authorization from your insurance provider. However, the goal of the service is to provide fast, efficient, and safe delivery to ensure that you can begin your treatment as soon as possible. In most cases, delivery takes place within a few hours of your medical consultation.
As long as you have a valid prescription issued by your treating physician, and it has been approved by our team. The medication delivery service is available for prescriptions issued by both Venemergencia physicians and external professionals, provided the request meets the terms of your policy.
