Acarigua, November 25, 2025. — The Cemell Clinic, located in the city of Acarigua, has officially joined the Urgent Care Partner Network, with the goal of expanding access to timely and reliable healthcare services for communities in the region. With this new partnership, Venemergencia continues to strengthen its national presence and reaffirms its commitment to bringing efficient healthcare models to Venezuelans.
The integration of the Cemell Clinic was preceded by a comprehensive training process, during which the institution’s medical, administrative, and operational teams received specialized training from Urgent Care’s General Management and Venemergencia’s Clinical Services Management. This process allowed for the alignment of protocols, systems, and operational standards, ensuring a consistent care experience across all partner centers.

The partnership with Clínica Cemell will allow patients with health insurance who require urgent care to be treated under the same protocols as Venemergencia’s Urgent Care centers, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective care.
Nationwide Urgent Care Centers
In addition to the Partner Network, Venemergencia operates seven of its own Urgent Care centers that provide emergency medical care through the country’s major insurance providers: two in Caracas and one each in Valencia, Lechería, Maracaibo, Barquisimeto, and Maracay.
These strategic partnerships, such as the one established with Clínica Cemell, demonstrate how Venemergencia provides reliable healthcare services by implementing protocols that ensure cost-efficiency and excellence in care.
The Urgent Care Partner Network will continue to expand over the coming months and will add new clinics in the cities of Ciudad Ojeda and Cabimas.
