Caracas, May 2026. — Grupo Venemergencia is successfully moving forward with its national tour of strategic meetings, which combine a robust business agenda with operational updates. Following a tour that began on January 22 in Lechería, the organization’s leadership recently visited the Ozanam Clinic in Guatire and the Provesalud Medical Center in La Guaira.
These sessions serve a dual purpose: on the one hand, to strengthen relationships with the insurance sector by presenting the 2025 operational results; and on the other, to ensure excellence in care by reinforcing medical processes. With this comprehensive approach, the organization aims for its partners to replicate the quality standards and patient-centered service that define Venemergencia.
Gleimy Miranda, commercial director of Grupo Venemergencia, highlighted the value of this partnership with the affiliated clinics: “Our goal is to reaffirm our presence nationwide. We share progress and concrete solutions that generate savings and well-being for both patients and the insurance market.”
Standardization and Operational Excellence
For Grupo Venemergencia, operational efficiency is the driving force behind its service promise. During visits to partner clinics, technical sessions were held on the use of systems, triage protocols, and the management of service packages, ensuring that the patient experience is optimal and standardized.
Gretty Rojas, clinical services manager at Urgent Care, highlighted the impact of this medical-operational integration: “For us, it is vital that human quality is tied to operational efficiency, offering timely and rapid care. We are working on standardization so that, despite being a partnership, it operates under the same standards as our own facilities.”
As part of this technical commitment, specialists from partner centers will participate in immersion sessions at the Bello Campo facility to align criteria in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, and General Surgery.
A Nationwide Tour
Since its launch in Lechería, the tour has visited San Cristóbal, Maracay, Puerto Ordaz, Nueva Esparta, Valencia, and Maturín. The upcoming events in May and June will take place at the El Retiro Polyclinic in San Antonio de los Altos, Barquisimeto, Acarigua, Maracaibo, Cabimas, and Ciudad Ojeda.
These events have been attended by more than 600 professionals from the insurance sector, demonstrating the industry’s support for the expansion of Venezuela’s most robust emergency care model.
