Puerto Ordaz, October 27, 2025. — La Esperanza Clinic, located in the city of Puerto Ordaz, is now officially part of the Urgent Care Partner Network, with the goal of providing timely, reliable, and accessible medical care to surrounding communities. Through this partnership, Venemergencia continues to expand its national presence, reinforcing its commitment to bringing reliable healthcare services to all Venezuelans.
This opening was preceded by a comprehensive training process, during which the clinic’s various teams aligned with Venemergencia’s operational systems and standards. During this phase, they received training from Urgent Care’s General Management and Clinical Services Management, ensuring standardized protocols and consistent service quality at every partner center.

The partnership with Clínica La Esperanza will allow patients with health insurance who require urgent care to be treated under the same protocols implemented in Venemergencia’s Urgent Care centers, ensuring timely medical care with high-quality standards through a cost-effective model.

In addition to its current network of partners, Venemergencia operates seven of its own facilities that provide emergency medical care through the country’s major insurance providers: two in Caracas and one in each of the following cities: Valencia, Lechería, Maracaibo, Barquisimeto, and Maracay, which opened its doors in September. Strategic partnerships such as the one established with Clínica La Esperanza demonstrate that it is possible to provide excellent healthcare services by implementing protocols designed to achieve true cost efficiency in the country.
Dr. González-Silén announced that this network of partners will continue to strengthen and expand throughout Venezuela. In this regard, the next cities where these partnerships will be established are: Ciudad Ojeda and Cabimas.
